Neva Little

Neva was raised in Winston-Salem, NC and graduated from Parkland High School. She received a BS in Environmental Health from Western Carolina University and worked as a safety consultant in the commercial insurance industry in Atlanta, GA for 5 years. Neva married her high school sweetheart, Heath, in 1994.

Neva obtained her Georgia Real Estate license in 1998, but then, in 1999, her husband was transferred back to North Carolina. In 2005, Neva and her family relocated to Davie County. Neva had the privilege to be a preschool teacher from 2007 - 2013 at Macedonia Moravian Preschool. She then worked as an office assistant for a painting contractor as well as a School Nutrition Associate at Mocksville Elementary.

After working as the Office Manager for a Real Estate company for a year, Neva decided to get her North Carolina real estate license. She has been a full time NC Realtor/Broker since 2015.

Neva and Heath have 3 children: Jack, who serves in the military and just recently married Healy, Evan who is a college student and Kimball who is a Senior in high school. Neva has spent many years volunteering with various groups associated with her children’s school and extra curricular activities.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
